I provide virtual individual therapy for adults navigating anxiety, OCD, trauma, ADHD, identity, relationships, self-esteem, and life transitions. My work is conversational, collaborative, and focused on helping clients better understand patterns, reduce distress, and move toward a life that feels more manageable and authentic.
Therapy with me is not about forcing yourself into a narrow idea of what healing is supposed to look like. It is about understanding what is happening, identifying what may be keeping you stuck, and building more room to live in a way that feels honest and sustainable.

I support clients experiencing intrusive thoughts, rumination, reassurance-seeking, avoidance, compulsions, perfectionism, panic, and anxiety that feels difficult to shut off.
I work with many OCD themes, including taboo or distressing intrusive thoughts. When appropriate, I use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). My goal is to help clients reduce fear-driven patterns without reinforcing shame or treating intrusive thoughts as meaningful reflections of who they are.tion text goes here

I work with clients processing trauma, relational trauma, complex trauma, grief, shame, family wounds, and overwhelming past experiences. Trauma therapy may involve understanding nervous system responses, recognizing patterns that developed for survival, and building more safety in the present.
You do not have to tell every detail of what happened before we can begin working on how it is affecting you now.

I support clients navigating ADHD, executive dysfunction, emotional intensity, burnout, masking, late diagnosis, rejection sensitivity, and the stress of trying to function in systems that do not always fit your brain.
Therapy can help with understanding patterns, reducing shame, building more realistic expectations, and finding strategies that actually fit how your brain works rather than how you think you are “supposed” to function.

I work with clients exploring identity, sexuality, self-worth, shame, family dynamics, and the process of feeling more grounded in who they are.
This may include untangling old messages, understanding internalized shame, setting boundaries, and building a stronger sense of self that is not dependent on performing, pleasing, or making yourself easier for other people to understand.

I support clients navigating boundaries, attachment patterns, communication, relationship changes, grief, transitions, and figuring out what comes next.
Relationships can bring up old wounds, fears, needs, and patterns that are hard to see clearly from the inside. Therapy can help you better understand what you want, what you need, what you are repeating, and what might need to change.

I provide affirming therapy for clients whose identities, relationships, and lives do not always fit narrow traditional expectations.
You should not have to spend therapy explaining or defending the basic structure of your identity, sexuality, relationships, or community. I work to provide a space where those parts of your life are understood as part of the context, not treated as the problem.
